Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Looking for a place to talk openly and honestly with other men in a similar situation? Real Men CARE enough to seek out the help they need.

If you are a husband, caring for an Distraught manailing spouse, it can be a comfort to have a safe haven to share your experiences and ideas with other male caregivers who know exactly what you are going through.

Real Men meet monthly to support, uplift, educate, encourage, and empower one another. Our goal is to provide a forum where men who act as caregivers for their chronically ill or disabled wives find emotional support and other tools and resources needed to adequately care for their spouses.

Currently, all support group meetings – empowerment sessions – are held in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Meetings are free and dates and times are posted here. Please print out the Support Group Registration form here, and bring it with you to your first meeting.

Get empowered!
